Michele Perrino is the new CEO of Demetra Holding and of Tecres S.p.A.

As of March, Michele Perrino will be the new CEO of Demetra Holding and of Tecres, and will be responsible for both. Denis Faccioli will become President of Tecres and of Demetra, Giovanni Faccioli will be the Honorary President of Tecres and Demetra, and Massimo Grazioli will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Tecres and Demetra, together with Denis and Giovanni Faccioli.

Michele Perrino has more than 20 years of experience in the medical devices sector, having held executive positions at both national and international level in multinational companies. He began his career in 1997 in Italy, with Johnson & Johnson Group, working for Ethicon Endo-Surgery and Cordis, before moving to Brussels in 2007, where he held the position first of Sales Director EMEA and then of International President at Volcano Corporation. At Volcano, he managed the sale and subsequent integration of the company into Philips Group, and following an experience lasting around one year in California with Elixir Medical Corporation as President of Commercial Operations and Manufacturing, he returned to Italy at the end of 2016 as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Medtronic Italia, taking on responsibility for Northern Europe and strategic partnerships in Western Europe in 2022. He recently concluded his experience in Western Europe as Vice President for Enterprise Accounts & Services.

Michele Perrino will be acting in perfect continuity with the Mission, Values and Style of Demetra Holding and Tecres, seeking to further strengthen the company’s role on the international scene through on-going technological innovation for the benefit of patients and customers.
